1. Acceptance of these terms

By messaging our WhatsApp number and using any AskKarmas service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of our service

AskKarmas provides Vedic astrology, tarot, numerology and matchmaking readings for the purpose of reflection, guidance and entertainment. Our readings are based on traditional Vedic astrological methods and are generated with the help of astronomical calculation and AI-assisted interpretation.

AskKarmas is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Astrology is a matter of belief, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, event or result from a reading. Please use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional for medical, legal or financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

Our service is intended for adults. By using AskKarmas, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. How the service works

You message our WhatsApp number, choose the type of reading you would like, and share the birth details requested. Some readings are free (limited to one per user) and some are paid, as shown in our menu at the time of your request. Paid readings are deducted from your AskKarmas wallet balance, which you top up in advance.

5. Payments and wallet

Wallet recharges are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once a paid reading has been generated and delivered to you, the corresponding amount is deducted from your wallet and the reading is considered complete. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

6. Accuracy of information you provide

The accuracy of any reading depends on the birth date, time and place you provide. AskKarmas is not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AskKarmas for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person without their knowledge, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskKarmas and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any reading provided through this service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of AskKarmas after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Sangli, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
